Don't let them come close to you as they will kill you within seconds if they reach you. The graphics of this zombie game are not that great but its controls are very user-friendly. You have the option to edit the controls and place them wherever you want on the screen. The controls include two arrow buttons for moving forward and backward and a kick button to kick the zombies if they come too close to you. There is no button provided for shooting the zombies. You just have to tap on the screen to pull the trigger of your guns.

This zombie game has multiple game modes to offer you. You can start by clearing the corridors of the building. The zombies in this game mode will come in waves of two or three. You can decide how many of them come at you in each wave. Similarly, you can also choose your primary and secondary weapons from a wide range of available weapons. Do keep in mind that most of the heavy guns cost money. You can earn this money by shooting the zombies. For each kill, you receive some money and it continues to add up as you continue to clear the corridors. When you have enough money available, you can purchase the weapon. However, if you die, your weapon will disappear.

Flat Zombies has a hospital mode too in which you have to perform a cleanup mission at the hospital. The rules in this game mode are the same as the ones in the corridors mode. If you want something more challenging then you can play the park mode. In this mode, you have to eliminate a large wave of zombies with the weapons available to you. You cannot buy new weapons or get extra lives. Rescue is the most challenging mode of this zombie game. It requires you to rescue the fleeing doctors. The challenge is that the doctors and zombies come at you together. You have to spare the doctors and only shoot at the zombies.
